Are you thriving at work and in life, or facing challenges getting into that zone?
You are invited to join us on February 5 at the Tower Club at Tysons to hear Michael Lee Stallard, president of E Pluribus Partners and a leading authority on employee engagement.
Michael will describe key facets of surviving and thriving at all times, but even in the more challenging circumstances confronting you - and all of us - now:
- Beyond Maslow: the six universal human needs to thrive
- How emotional connections meet human needs that affect happiness, creativity and productivity
- How you can foster a Connection Culture at work and in your life outside of work
Michael is the primary author of the book Fired Up or Burned Out. It has been widely praised by well-respected leaders and thought leaders:
- Award-winning journalist William A. Holstein of The New York Times wrote that Michael’s ideas on connection reflect “great wisdom.”
- Bestselling author Seth Godin wrote, “this is a very big idea. While it's simple, it's not easy to do, but it's important. Hurry!"
- Frances Hesselbein, Chairman of the Leader to Leader Institute, described the book as "the indispensable leadership guide for leaders everywhere."
- Executive search firm founder Russell Reynolds, Jr. wrote, "An enthralling and impressive work. It shows how to empower people and create great societies, corporations and cultures. I'm giving it to everyone at my own firm."

This is from the Wharton Club of NY program chair, Jennifer Gregorious:
“Wharton alumni had the privilege to hear Michael Lee Stallard, President and CEO of E Pluribus Partners discuss his book,” Fired Up or Burned Out”. The evening was truly inspirational. Michael’s ability to connect and engage by providing real life stories and personal experiences spoke volumes in support of the work he has done in creating “connection cultures”.
Wanting to feel connected and engaged in the workforce is one thing but having the toolkit and support that Michael offers is quite another. Michael’s discussion was truly compelling and informative and those present were fortunate to hear his message.”
