Fitness For Life...Not Just A New Year's Resolution!

Take the New Year's resolutions from paper to practice, using practical, proven techniques to ensure success.  Let's look below the surface to ensure success not only for a few months, but also for the rest of your life. While the hostess is a woman, women and men are welcome to attend, share ideas, learn and interact with the speaker.

  We will:

• Look below the surface of your resolutions to discover the foundation of fitness achievement: the images, and beliefs you have around exercise and fitness. 
• Challenge those images and beliefs and offer you new possibilities.
• Finally, you will receive logical, proactive and proven strategies to assist you in achieving your resolutions and maintaining these goals for a lifetime.
  

When: Monday, January 12, 12 NOON-2:00PM
$40 Inclusive Wharton Club Members, 3-Course Lunch and Program

Where: Tower Club at Tysons, 8000 Towers Crescent Drive, 17th Floor (free parking for 2 hours; addl hour of parking is only $1)

Directions to the Tower Club:

Via Interstate 66:
(Note: HOV (2 or more people) times are 6:30am to 9:00am and 4:00pm to 6:00pm)
From Washington, take I66 West, to exit 66B, Rt. 7 West. Go approx. .2 of a mile and you will see a Marriott Hotel on the right. Turn right onto Fashion Boulevard. Go through 2 stop signs turn right into the parking garage of Towers Crescent.  Walk out of the garage at PLAZA LEVEL and enter lobby of 8000 Towers Crescent. The Tower Club is on the 17th floor, and you must change elevators at the 14th floor to reach the Club.

Via George Washington Parkway:
From Washington, take George Washington Parkway West to 495 South. From 495S take exit 47A to Route 7 West. Go approx. .2 of a mile and you will see a Marriott Hotel on the right. Turn right onto Fashion Boulevard. Go through 2 stop signs turn right into the parking garage of Towers Crescent.  Walk out of the garage at PLAZA LEVEL and enter lobby of 8000 Towers Crescent. The Tower Club is on the 17th floor, and you must change elevators at the 14th floor to reach the Club.

Dulles Airport:
From Dulles International Airport, take the toll road (route 267). Exit to Route 7 East through Tyson’s Corner. Go approx. 1 mile, turn left onto Fashion Boulevard. Go through 2 stop signs turn right into the parking garage of Towers Crescent.  Walk out of the garage at PLAZA LEVEL and enter lobby of 8000 Towers Crescent. The Tower Club is on the 17th floor, and you must change elevators at the 14th floor to reach the Club.

From McLean:
Go South on 123, Dolley Madison/Chain Bridge Road -Turn Left on International Drive. (Sunoco gas station on left corner). Follow International Drive until Leesburg Pike/Route 7.  Turn Left on Leesburg Pike/Route 7.  Turn Left on Fashion Boulevard.  Go through 2 stop signs turn right into the parking garage of Towers Crescent.  Walk out of the garage at PLAZA LEVEL and enter lobby of 8000 Towers Crescent. The Tower Club is on the 17th floor, and you must change elevators at the 14th floor to reach the Club.
 
From Maryland and Points North:
Go to 495 South. From 495S take exit 47A to Route 7 West.  Go approx. .2 of a mile and you will see a Marriott Hotel on the right. Turn right onto Fashion Boulevard. Obtain a ticket at the entrance to the garage. Take the ticket to the Tower Club Receptionist for validation stamp, the first 2 hours are free. (after 8 pm free also)
