Please join us for our monthly roundtable where we discuss topics at the intersection of business and our environment. When and Where: The Green Business Roundtable will hold its luncheon on Thursday, April 16 in the National Press Club McClendon Room (part of the Reliable Source, 14th Floor). The National Press Club is located at 529 14th St. NW in Washington. Schedule: 11:30 gathering for lunch, with agenda to begin at 12:00. Speaker - Jerry Lawson: National Manager of EPA's ENERGY STAR Small Business Program Jerry Lawson is national manager of ENERGY STAR Small Business & congregations at EPA's voluntary energy efficiency program. Jerry previously served as Executive Director, Conservation and Customer Services at the Lower Colorado River Authority in Austin, Texas, and prior to that was Director for Resource Management (energy and water conservation) for the City of Austin, Texas. Jerry also served as Deputy Director, Conservation and Renewable Resources for the Arkansas Department of Energy.
Jerry will discuss opportunities for small businesses to improve their energy and environmental performance.
