WCDC Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund Policy: Because the Wharton Club of DC must provide guarantees to the catering provider or facility, registrants cancelling their attendance are handled as follows:

  • Those received within 2 business days of an event (i.e., the day of an event or the day before the event), and no-shows at the event will not be granted a refund of the registration fee.

Substitution: You can, generally, substitute someone else for any of the places you've reserved, as long as you notify us sufficiently in advance of the event.

You are generally encouraged to substitute and notify us. Indeed, you can do so yourself quickly and easily. Here's how to change your RSVP as follows;

  • Login at whartondc.com
  • Go to "My Account" in the upper right portion of the screen
  • Select "My RSVPs"
  • Change name(s) as appropriate
  • Those received more than 2 business days in advance of the event: registrants will be refunded the full registration fee less a 10% administrative fee.
