Farrah Holder, MBA

Farrah has over 13 years of financial, marketing, and business development experience.  She is the President and Co-founder of ThinkNXT Marketing, a boutique marketing company specializing in social media marketing, as well as other ancillary marketing services.  Farrah has always had a passion for helping people and she started ThinkNXT to help small to medium sized businesses in her community.  Through her business and personal experiences, she has fostered a keen understanding of the challenges that smaller businesses face and the strategies that will help them succeed.    

Farrah began her career as a financial analyst on Wall Street, working in the investment banking division and the strategic ventures and investments group for Morgan Stanley.  After leaving Morgan Stanley, she shifted careers and spent a year as a marketing consultant for New Carrollton Veterinary Hospital developing and implementing customer acquisition and retention programs.  After pursuing her MBA, Farrah joined Time Inc as a marketing manger for Sports Illustrated and Sports Illustrated for Kids responsible for customer subscription acquisition using online and partnership channels.  Subsequent to this, she joined Rodale, the largest publisher of health and fitness related magazines and books, as the Director of Strategy and Business Development.  Before launching ThinkNXT, Farrah also spent time in marketing and business development roles at smaller entities in the healthcare and financial space where she broadened her scope into social media, direct mail, and print marketing.

Farrah has a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia in Finance and Marketing and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Management.  She is also an adjunct professor at the University of the District of Columbia Community College and sits on the Ambassadors Council for the College Success Foundation.  She lives in Washington, DC and leads a very active life.  Some of her favorite past times are Bikram yoga, biking, skiing, and entertaining family and friends.

Steve Lebischak 

Steve Lebischak is the COO of Asius Technologies, LLC a maker of a new type of ear buds and hearing aids that provide superior fidelity and conserve hearing by using sound to inflate a bubble in the ear canal.  He has helped the company win more than $1M in research grants from the National Science Foundation and the National Institute of Health and provides the overall strategy of the company regarding product development, licensing, and the 2013 product launch.

Prior to this he was CEO, co-founder and board member of Aero-X Golf, Inc. makers of the Polara self-correcting golf ball.  The product was featured on the front pages of the New York Times, Today Show, Fox News and many others.  His involvement with Aero-X began while he was a Managing Director at a middle market investment bank helping owner founder technology companies grow by raising capital, spinning out Intellectual Property, making acquisition or being acquired.  Mr. Lebischak has more than ten years of experience in program management, product and corporate development at GE Aerospace, GM, and IBM here he developed technology-based products and systems for the DOD and Department of Homeland Security, among other clients.

As a Vice Chairman of the MIT Enterprise Forum, he counseled companies at critical inflection points in their development.  He also is a frequent proposal reviewer for the National Science Foundation's Small Business Innovative Research program. He was a Vice President of the Wharton Alumni Club of Washington, DC, on whose behalf he has chaired full-day conferences addressing such issues as government contracting best practices and public/private venture investment partnerships.

Mr. Lebischak earned a BS degree in electrical engineering from the US Coast Guard Academy, and served as a Coast Guard officer in Alaskan waters.  He subsequently earned an MS in environmental engineering and a second MS in management from Pennsylvania State University.  Mr. Lebischak also earned an MBA in finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.  He is an adjunct professor of finance at the University of Northern Virginia.  He is a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) registered representative (Series 7, 63 and 79).
