Rich Carson has served as Rotary International’s Lead Representative in DC. Rotary International Representative at Large to the U.S. Government. Wharton Club of DC Members invited to this Special BCC Rotary Club Event.
Since 2008, Rich Carson has served as Rotary International’s Lead Representative in DC.. He is also the Rotary International Representative at Large to the U.S. Government. As such, he represents Rotary to world bodies such as the Organization of American States (OAS) and to the U.S. Government as appropriate. His responsibilities include identifying and implementing programs and events of mutual interest and increasing awareness of the outreach of Rotary International. Prior to that, Rich served as the District Governor for our area. During his 2007-2008 term, he traveled to Palermo, Sicily, where Rotary helped with MS and to Rio de Janeiro where Rotary helped train children in the slums in vocational areas. Rich was also Chairman of the Chesapeake Multi District PETS for two years which trains 220 club presidents in four districts including 7620.
In his day job, Rich works in cybersecurity as the Chairman and CEO of both Richard S. Carson & Associates and the SAINT Corporation.
