The Chief Economist and Director of Research at the U.S. Small Business Administration's Office of Advocacy will discuss the current state of the economy for small businesses against the backdrop of the financial and economic crisis. In addition, he will address a variety of challenges and opportunities facing small business owners in the current climate and moving forward over the next few years.
