Reservations for the annual Christmas Ball that will be held at the prestigious Washington Golf & Country Club on December 12 came in very quickly this year and the Ball is now fully subscribed! Since we have supported the Balls at Meridian House in years past, we were invited to join the festive audiecne again this year.
These are a few of the highlights: Under the gracious patronage of Her Excellency the Ambassador of Liechtenstein, Claudia Fritsche, who will lead the Procession of Dignitaries, including Andreas Riecken, Chargé d’Affaires for the Austrian Embassy
Opening Ceremonies will be presented by The United States Naval Academy and The German School of Washington performing the traditional Fledermaus Quadrilles. It promises to be a sparkling performance!
Celebrated Bel Cantanti Opera soloist, Amy Call will delight with an interlude of selected arias from Die Zauberflöte (The Magic Flute), La Traviata and Die Fledermaus.

Additonal note: Champagne Reception will include an array of delicious desserts, champagne, wines and soft drinks.
I hope you will be able to join us for this Washington tradition!

We had requested the favor of a reply as soon as posssible, given the limited number of places (all now filled; sorry), and the virtually limitless enjoyment of a festive evening celebrating the holiday season.
