Arthur Chotin to Deliver Keynote Address at Special Memorial Day Observance Honoring the more than 400,000 Americans Who Lost Their Lives during WWII
Arthur Chotin will deliver the keynote address at a special Memorial Day observance honoring the more than 400,000 Americans who lost their lives during WWII. A moving speaker, Arthur will offer his thoughts at the National World War II Memorial in Washington, D.C. on May 28, 2018 at 9:00 a.m.
His father, thirty year old Army SSgt. Max Chotin, died in Belgium on November 3, 1945 when Arthur was just shy of 11 months old. He was raised by his mother, Sylvia, who never remarried. Arthur is a member of the American WWII Orphans Network, remembering the lost Vets, and honoring their service and sacrifice.
