Despite certain challenges, Montgomery County has the pieces in place to continue growing and evolving as a top place to work and live. However, in an election year, candidate messaging and political calculus can make honest conversations about the County’s strengths and weaknesses difficult. That's where our speakers come in.
Join us at 9:00 AM on Friday, September 30 to hear experienced participants in the local real estate market candidly address the evolution of the County from a former bedroom community to a semi-urban, mixed-use environment that continues to transform to address the needs of a post-Covid world with remote work. This enlightening and engaging conversation about the future of Montgomery County land use will address:
