Adele Visaggio has been a docent/guide at the Salvador Dali Museum since 2013.  She has conducted over 900 tours of the permanent collection and special exhibits  in addition to visiting local schools, cultural groups, clubs and other nonprofits on  behalf of the museum. A committed docent, Adele recently served as Regional  Director with the National Docent Symposium Council representing the Southeast  with the goal of supporting ongoing docent training and the biannual National  Docent Symposium. As a certified Tour Guide, Adele has guided local and  national tours for both adult and school tours. 

Prior to her docent and guiding experience, Adele spent a 35 year career as a sales  and marketing executive with major financial institutions, most recently as  Regional Vice President for AIG based in the Tampa Bay area. 

Adele graduated with a B.A. from the University of Michigan. She attended  Loyola Marymount University Business School in Los Angeles as well as corporate  finance training at the Harvard Business School. Adele has participated extensively  in seminar and speaking engagements on financial subjects. She has been an active  member of the University of Michigan Alumni Association serving as president of  the NYC Club, Tampa Bay Women in Trade and the Tampa Bay Chapter of  Executive Women in Sales and Marketing.
