Meet John Groth who will discuss "Blessed are the Peacekeepers: My Time in Bangui" 3/28

John served as an intelligence officer in the US Air Force for nearly 21 years. Wharton Club members and guests are invited.

Lieutenant Colonel John Groth recently concluded a nearly 21-year career as an Intelligence Officer in the United States Air Force while serving as the Partnerships Division Chief, Directorate of Plans, Policy, and Partnerships within the Cyber National Mission Force at Ft Meade, Maryland. Lieutenant Colonel Groth entered the Air Force in 2002 after graduating with honors from Cedarville University in Ohio. His experience includes assignments at squadron, group,
joint, and various staff level positions. He has served his nation at home and abroad in Japan, Iraq, Germany, Afghanistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, other Middle East locations, and the Central African Republic. The highlight of his Air Force career was serving as the Commander of the 70 th Operations Support Squadron at Ft Meade. He currently resides in Elkridge, Maryland with his wife, Jenalyn, and two sons, JJ and Jedrick.
