Joshua Keiper was introduced to candy cooking after securing a candy cook apprenticeship in 2005 at a local candy factory.
After completing a 2-year apprenticeship. He began making toffee and brittle in his own kitchen for gifts and special occasions from 2008-2019. During that time, he made hand-stirred 7-pound batches in 6 varieties and improved, refined and prefected the recipes and procedures that would become Naked Toffee!

Today, Naked Toffee is 12 varieties of gluten-free, gourmet, handcrafted toffee and brittle that is of the highest quality! Free samples of all 12 flavors are always avaliable!
Personally, Joshua Keiper is a life-long martial artist, has a large and diverse skill set as a result of spending a lifetime learning as much as possible and has worked with and taught children for decades both as a martial arts instructor and as Camp Coordinator with Antinanco Earth Arts School's Roots and Arts Youth Program.
