• Joseph Schneider is an experienced national security strategist and entrepreneur.

• He served for 17 years in the US Army in active and reserves roles, including as a Green Beret officer in two Special Forces
  Groups.

• Mr. Schneider is a graduate of the Harvard Business School (MBA) and the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, has a MA in International Relations degree from the University of Southern California and earned a commission as an Infantry Officer and a BS degree in Engineering from West Point.

• Since leaving Harvard, Joseph has been focused on providing strategic advice to the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the Defense Science Board and senior leaders in the aerospace, defense and security industries in the United States, Europe and Asia. Mr. Schneider has supported major primes, key defense, security & aerospace companies, private equity firms and technology start-ups.

• Around 50% of his non-Goverment practice has been international, serving clients in Canada, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Romania, Spain and the United Kingdom.

• In 1981 in Cambridge, Massachusetts, he founded JSA International. From 1990 to 1994 Mr. Schneider was also responsible for managing his firm’s Paris operations.

• Joseph was also a co-founder and Chairman of JSA Research, which was recognized by the Wall Street Journal as a top ranked aerospace & defense equity research firm. From 2019 to 2021 Joseph was also a Strategic Advisor with Cypress International, Inc.

• Mr. Schneider has had the privilege of being a Board member of two public and two private aerospace and defense companies and has been a Republican candidate for Congress in Massachusetts in 2018.
