Once a niche corner of the credit markets, private credit has grown rapidly to nearly the same size as the public high-yield bond market and more than half the scale of bank commercial and industrial lending. Yet, it still accounts for only about 9% of total corporate borrowing, suggesting significant room for expansion and evolution.
This session will provide investors with a clear understanding of the fundamentals driving private credit, its role within a diversified portfolio, and the opportunities and risks that come with this growing asset class. Our panel of experts will break down the mechanics of private credit, explore market trends, and share practical insights to help investors navigate this increasingly important segment of the capital markets.
