  • With over a decade of experience in international finance, accounting, and nonprofit leadership, Yodit has transformed her expertise into a force for positive change.
  • Her deep passion for social impact and firsthand experience witnessing the resilience of communities in need led her to establish Kindova as a platform for meaningful and lasting support for vulnerable populations in Ethiopia and beyond.
  • Throughout her career, Yodit has held pivotal roles at globally recognized organizations, including the United Nations, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), and the Open Technology Fund.
  • She also served as the Director of Affiliate Accounting at ACDI/VOCA, one of the world’s leading nonprofit organizations dedicated to promoting economic growth and resilience in developing countries.
  • Her roles provided her with valuable insight into the implementation of large-scale development projects, further fueling her commitment to making a meaningful difference.
  • Yodit earned her Master of Science in Accounting and Controlling from The Hague University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Addis Ababa University.
