From the launch of spot Bitcoin ETFs to evolving global regulatory frameworks, digital assets have firmly entered the mainstream investment conversation. Institutional participation continues to expand, while the wealth management industry is undergoing its own transformation as advisors and platforms respond to growing client demand for digital asset exposure. As a result, questions around valuation, utility, and long-term integration into traditional finance are now front and center.
What trends are shaping institutional and retail engagement with crypto markets today? How are ETFs and other access vehicles influencing adoption, liquidity, and risk perception? And what might the next wave of innovation — from tokenization to decentralized finance — mean for investors, asset managers, and wealth advisors alike?
To unpack these timely questions, the Washington Association of Money Managers (WAMM) and ProShares are pleased to co-host an expert panel bringing together leaders across asset management, digital infrastructure, and policy. Our panelists will share insights on market structure, product innovation, and the evolving role of crypto in diversified portfolios:
• John D'Agostino currently serves as the Head of Strategy for Coinbase Institutional. He is the former Head of Strategy of the New York Mercantile Exchange.
• Kyle Hauptman was designated as the thirteenth Chairman of the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) Board by President Donald J. Trump on January 20, 2025. Before his designation as Chairman, Kyle had served as Vice Chairman of the NCUA since December 18, 2020.
• Glenn Williams, Jr., CMT joined ProShares in 2023 and is currently a Manager and Investment Specialist with a focus on digital assets.
The panel will be moderated by Dan Doischen, CETF, CMFC, Senior Manager, Geared & Crypto Strategies at ProShares.
