• With over 20 years of experience in senior care, Becky Donahue is a dedicated social worker recognized for her leadership, compassion, and commitment to older adults.

• Now serving in Human Services at Winter Growth, Inc. in Olney, Maryland, she continues to build strong partnerships with senior service organizations, increase community engagement, and connect individuals and families with essential resources.

• From 2013 to 2024, Becky was the Center Director at Winter Growth, overseeing the Adult Medical Day and Assisted Living Programs. She led multidisciplinary teams, ensured compliance with COMAR regulations, and maintained high standards of quality and person-centered care.

• Before becoming Director, she served as Social Services Coordinator, providing counseling, case management, and support to participants and families—particularly those with high care needs.

• And before that Becky while pursuing her degrees she was a member of the Winter Growth Life Enrichment Team as the Weekend Activity Coordinator, creating meaningful, engaging experiences for participants.

• Becky's career reflects her enduring commitment to service, advocacy, and supporting older adults with dignity and compassion.
