Using Voice Notes, Photos & Screenshots to Capture and Organize Your Work

AI doesn’t just fit into polished office workflows — it can help you capture the messy, in-the-moment pieces of your workday. In this session, we’ll show how to use voice notes, photos, and screenshots as quick inputs you can collect on your phone and then process inside ChatGPT.

You’ll see how small businesses use these simple tools to:

• Turn voice notes into summaries, task lists, or follow-up messages

• Clean up photos of handwritten notes, whiteboards, receipts, or product details

• Turn screenshots into clear instructions, summaries, or draft communication

• Capture ideas or information on the go without needing full app integrations

• Keep work moving even when you’re away from your desk

We’ll walk through practical, step-by-step examples of how to pull these items into ChatGPT and prompt the AI to turn raw information into something organized, clear, and actionable.

This session is part of our First Monday Lunch & Learn series — quick, practical webinars that help you use AI in ways that fit how small businesses actually work.
