Jeremy Lichtenstein was raised in Garrett Park, MD, where he still lives today. A graduate of Charles Woodward High School, he owned and operated a landscape company for more than 20
years before transitioning into real estate, where he has become one of the top agents in the country. -
Jeremy has long been committed to giving back to his community, supporting numerous charities over the years.

In 2012, he founded Kids In Need Distributors (KIND) to address the urgent issue of childhood hunger in Montgomery County, MD.

Under his leadership, KIND grew over 13 years from providing food to 37 children in one school to supporting more than 3,000 children across 31 schools.

Jeremy later guided KIND through a successful merger with Manna Food to ensure long-term stability for the families it served.

- Dushanti Peiris lives in Kensington, Maryland, and has built a distinguished career in the banking industry since beginning her professional journey in 1990.
- She holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Maryland and graduated with Honors from the Maryland Banking School in 2011.
- Dushanti currently serves as Vice President at M&T Bank’s Pike Center Branch in Rockville, MD.
- In addition to her professional accomplishments, Dushanti is deeply committed to community service throughout Montgomery County.
- She is a co-founder of Buddleia Enterprises Corp. and serves on its Board of Directors.
- Her extensive volunteer leadership includes serving on the Boards of KID Museum (since 2022), the Greater Bethesda Chamber of Commerce (since 2016), the Council for Professional Women in Banking & Finance (since 2001), YMCA Bethesda–Chevy Chase (since 2018), and Sunflower Bakery (since 2024).
- She previously served on the Boards of Metro Bethesda Rotary (2016–2022) and Imagination Stage (2018–2021).
