• While he’s widely known for leadership books such as Executive Powers: Cracking the Code to Magnetic Leadership and Unleashing Firepower, his proudest activity is serving kids in need.

• In November 2000, Coach MJ co-founded Time4sharing, a global charity initiative born in Prague and built on a simple belief: every child deserves a day that reminds them they matter.

• For more than 25 years, he has helped lead and grow Time4sharing’s Mission: I’M Possible programs Empowerment Days and special events created for children facing poverty, hardship, and cancer.

• What began as a local act of compassion evolved into a worldwide movement powered by volunteers, sponsors, and partners who donate time, resources, and love.

• To date, Time4sharing’s Mission I’M Possible team delivered over 150 events across multiple countries and positively impacted more than 17,000 children.

• Coach MJ’s personal journey as a two-time survivor fuels the heart of the mission, especially the organization’s commitment to supporting children battling cancer and the communities that care for them.

• Whether he’s on a stage, in a hospital, or rallying teams across borders, his message is consistent: courage can be taught, dignity can be restored, and hope is a leadership act.

• His latest children’s book, ‘The I’M Possible Adventures of Boomer the Kangaroo’ depicts his own medical journey through the charities mascot boomer the Kangaroo.
