Radovanskaya is a Ukrainian educator and long-time Rotary leader actively engaged with Rotary Club Kyiv and broader Rotary humanitarian efforts. She has served as Chair of the Rotary Inter-Country Committee Ukraine-France from 2012-2015, reflecting her deep commitment to fostering international service and cooperation. - Professionally, Radovanskaya’s background is in education and languages, working as a language educator and supporting cultural exchange, development, and understanding through her teaching work.
- Within Rotary, she has played an active role in supporting and promoting humanitarian service projects — particularly amidst the ongoing challenges facing Ukrainian communities. Correspondence with Rotary partners abroad indicates her coordination role in identifying urgent needs (such as for orphanages during wartime) and securing support from international clubs.
